Oy. I came home and realize that I must write, yet again.
This blogging thing. It has its own reality, yes?
I had an epiphany, dear readers, tonight while chatting with the ladies behind the bar.
I have written of many things here on this, my blog. Tell me, dear readers, what have I not written of? What can I write about, that I have not yet addressed?
And yes, this is a request of you. Send me a topic or idea you would like me to write about.
what cracked open in you when you began a father?
ReplyDeleteHmmm, tell us about 'Conversations Behind The Bar', that sounds most intriguing right there!
ReplyDeletetell us about this max headroom thang...
ReplyDeleteTara: Ai yi yi, that's a book waiting to be written!
ReplyDeleteEcoGrrl: That's a good one. I may have touched on that a long time ago, but don't think I went into any depth with it.
There's something that's been puzzling me for a while now Gumbo, and maybe you could come up with some answers...... Why does birdwatching (and I do mean of the feathered variety) seem to be dominated by males? I know it doesn't seem like a very exciting subject but I would have thought that cute little feathered creatures would attract women to go out spotting them.... but no, all the birdwatching blogs are run by men and very few women seem to comment on them. Why is that? And it's the same with mosses and lichens. I would love to join the British Bryological Society but in the photographs of their field trips, there is not one woman! Why? Why? Why?
ReplyDelete:)
Of epiphanies. And what did the birds behind the bar have to say that inspired an epiphany?
ReplyDeleteAnything you write is okay by me.
