It is satisfying, the marriage of toast and butter.
Thanks for flinging that craving on me. At midnight. Plus.
Keep it up...life is the small things and they are truly what feed and nourish you. Hugs.
I'm a jelly and toast girl, but that sounds divine this morning.
As an Aussie, I also demand Vegemite. It's a match made in heaven.
Toast, butter and cheese now you’re talking my language. Sometimes the really simple things in life are the most enjoyed.
The best and most symbolic thing about toast? It takes the heat, not you. :-)
I've got some homemade pesto that goes well on toast. I'd give you some if you lived a little closer.
Simplest is often best. Don't know why so many restaurant chefs insist on 22 ingredients per dish. It winds up tasting overworked and under-satisfying, for sure. Now toast and butter? Exquisite.
Just so you know, I'm dead sure that there are many who are often grateful for Irish Gumbo....And I don't mean the blog.:)
