Small Things

Tonight, I am grateful for toast, and butter to put on it.  I bow my head before the toast.

  6. Toast, butter and cheese now you’re talking my language. Sometimes the really simple things in life are the most enjoyed.

  8. I've got some homemade pesto that goes well on toast. I'd give you some if you lived a little closer.

  9. Simplest is often best.

Don't know why so many restaurant chefs insist on 22 ingredients per dish. It winds up tasting overworked and under-satisfying, for sure. Now toast and butter? Exquisite.
